This is what we do with Trauma Release Breathwork®, or TRB®.
Our fast-paced Western society often demands adaptation, constantly moving forward, making great efforts, and performance-oriented work. In addition, every person carries their own baggage, which can be filled with unprocessed emotions, trauma, tension stored in the body, and masks we wear. All of these things can make you feel tired, tense in your body, emotionally unstable, and unable to breathe properly. You literally have no space or air in your body and head. With TRB®, we are going to create that space again.
Trauma Release Breathwork®
The breath. The tool that you always have with you, wherever you are, and that you can use to influence your state of mind.
During TRB®, you go on an inner journey using seven different breathing techniques. It starts at a gentle pace and ends in dynamic connected breathing.
The need to analyze and judge falls away, creating space to connect with all that is, the universal energy. This can be experienced as a trance. The experience during this journey can vary greatly and may include physical sensations, tingling, movements, emotions that are allowed to be released, gaining insights, images that come in.
Applying TRB® in a safe and controlled setting helps the body to reach the subconscious, the place where deep healing can take place. From there, the body can break through the body armor, dissolve blockages, release stuck emotions and trauma, and work on healing from your deepest core.
